Gangadhara Shastri, Foundation members along with Sri Chalapathi Raju welcomed him and felicitated him with Tulasimala, Dussaluwa, Bhagavadgeeta book. Sri Kishan Rao watched the short film made on the programs of ‘Bhagavad Gita Foundation’. Sri Kishan Rao, the world’s first musical instrument, complete with English temprament completed by ‘Bhagavadgita Foundation’ with superior sound technical values, has sung some hymns of the complete Bhagavadgita with English Temporary. Later, while explaining the details of the programs being done by Bhagavad Gita Foundation to Gangadhara Shastri Sri Kishan Rao – that it is impossible to devote one’s life for the propaganda of Gita, without the complete anger of Krishna, this is not possible, ‘today is considered to be the most memorable day in my life’ – with his eyes hugging and praising Sri Gangadhara Sastri in the name of ‘Intinta Geetajyothi’ is the aim Kishan Rao promised that he will ensure that the ongoing ‘Bhagavad Geeta Foundation’ will get full support from the Telangana government. On the same occasion, Sri R Naresh Kumar, founder of ‘Seva Foundation’ in Shankarapalli along with his organization members and some students studying Bhagavad Gita, while visiting Bhagavadgita Foundation, Sri Gangadhara Shastri children along with Bhagavad Geta book were handed over by Sri Kishan Rao. Sri Kishan Rao, Gangadhara Shastri Mugdhulai gave congratulatory blessings to the students while reciting few verses of Bhagavad Gita with devotion. Gangadhara Shastri said that Bhagavad Gita study and practices are the way to establish Sanatana Dharma, parents from childhood should teach Bhagavad Geta to their children, and like in Gujarat our governments should also include Gita as curriculum.

Sri G. Kishan Rao, IAS (Retd.), who serves as the Vice Chairman & CEO of Yadagirigutta Temple Authority, Special Officer of Shilparamam, and Director of Chowmahalla Palace, as well as an Honorary Advisor of Bhagavadgita Foundation, spent some time at the Bhagavadgita Foundation office in Hyderabad on March 23, 2025. He was warmly welcomed by Dr. L.V. Gangadhara Sastry, a singer, preacher, and propagator of Bhagavadgita, and founder chairman for Bhagavadgita Foundation, along with Foundation member Sri Chalapathi Raju. They honored him with a Tulasi mala, a shawl, and a copy of Bhagavadgita.

Sri Kishan Rao watched a short documentary on the Foundation’s activities. Later, he was given an opportunity to listen to select verses from the world’s first-ever complete musical Bhagavadgita, with English translation, recently produced by the Foundation with exceptional sound technology. Following this, Dr. Sastry shared insights about the Foundation’s efforts in promoting Bhagavadgita. Deeply moved, Sri Kishan Rao, with tearful eyes, embraced Dr. Sastry, praising him and saying:

“Dedicating an entire life to spreading Bhagavadgita is a rare and extraordinary mission. Without Lord Krishna’s complete grace, such a feat is impossible. Today is an unforgettable day in my life!” He also assured full support from the Telangana government for the Foundation’s ‘Intinta Gita Jyoti’ (Bhagavadgita in Every Home) initiative.

On the same day, Sri R. Naresh Kumar, founder of Seva Foundation in Shankarpally, visited the Bhagavadgita Foundation along with students studying Bhagavadgita. During their visit, Dr. Sastry presented the children with Bhagavadgita books, fruits, and buttermilk, handed over by Sri Kishan Rao. The students then recited select verses from Bhagavadgita with devotion and sincerity. Both Sri Kishan Rao and Dr. Sastry, deeply impressed, blessed and congratulated them.

Dr. Sastry reiterated that studying and practicing Bhagavadgita is essential for preserving Sanatana Dharma. He urged parents to teach Bhagavadgita to their children from an early age and called upon state governments to introduce Bhagavadgita as part of the school curriculum, similar to Gujarat.
